The holy men, the Sadhus welcomed us to Pashapatinath. It is a funeral pyre area. What a welcome. All are here, doing well and pretty jet lagged. 


 The plane got in an hour early last night so only took 1.5 hours to clear customs and visa. All got to bed, exhausted by midnight. 

 As is typical in a 9:45 time change, exhaustion allows sleep at first then you wake up and cant sleep, by the time you sleep, it is time to get up. 

 Besides the fascinating visit to Pashapati we went to Boudhanath. This is a giant stupa, a round circular mound. Brightly decorate with prayer flags, and other Buddhist images. Older Tibetan people, dressed in their traditional clothes walk around and around (called a kora) chanting, praying and spinning prayer wheels. 

 Dinner was a a traditional Nepali dinner of a great many exotic dishes and spices accompanied by local singing and dancing.

game 4 went for over 7 hours- you could have watched the end when we got up at 3:15 am. The great nephew and niece looked so cute in their costumes. Grandma enjoyed them
